We'll discuss, in a very easy-to-understand way, just how the body uses carbohydrates and how to make our bodies work with us, not against us! You'll learn how NOT to store fat, how to keep your mood and energy levels up, and how to increase your metabolism. Aromatherapy for Stress Management, Appetite Balance, Energy, and More! Essential oils are volatile and aromatic liquids which are extracted from plants. Each essential oil interacts in a unique way with your body's chemistry and can produce therapeutic effects. As you inhale an aroma, odor molecules enter your nostrils and drift up toward your olfactory (nose) receptors, causing nerve cells to relay information to the brain's limbic system. Here, odors can trigger memories and influence emotions and behavior. The limbic system also works with the nervous system, respiratory, circulatory and immune systems of our bodies. Please join us to learn how using essential oils in diffusers, spritzers, massage lotions, and more can help you relax, have more energy, balance your appetite, stimulate your immune system and more! We'll do hand massages on ourselves, PLUS . . . try our special "Achin' Pain Lotion" for your knees, hips, backs, necks, and shoulders. It's an amazing combination of oils that decrease pain and helps your muscles and joints feel better!
