By participating on makeitalifestyle.com, you are accepting the Terms of Service and agree that you have read, understood, and will abide by them. MG Consulting staff has the sole discretion to remove posts without warning or explanation.
MG Consulting offers products and services through our store from third parties and offers advertisements from other third parties to better inform our members about the availability of products and services of potential benefit to them. Opinions expressed by our sponsors, advertisers or members (verbal or written) are not those of MG Consulting or its staff. Before ordering a product or service or taking advice or information from any person, you should verify that advice with your surgeon or personal physician.
Please remember that we are not responsible for messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the content of any message. MG Consulting is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any links that are posted, nor does it endorse them.
Use of this free service, which is open to public registration, is done so as a privilege and not as a guaranteed right. You are a guest here, free to come and go as you wish as long as some very simple rules and guidelines are adhered to.

Suicidal posts will be taken seriously and action may be taken to assist the member.
Posting & Chat Room
You agree that you will not use makeitalifestyle.com to post any material which is knowingly false or defamatory, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, libelous, invasive of another member's privacy, or is otherwise in violation of any law. Impersonating another person, including an MG Consulting staff member, is not allowed and is considered grounds for banning the member involved. Posting or responding to a message in a way clearly intended to incite anger, useless arguments or rants, or for launching personal attacks and insults, being hateful, giving useless criticism, name calling and using profanity may also result in removal of membership. MG Consulting reserves the right to edit posts that may violate the terms of service. Use of this free service, which is open to public registration, is a privilege and not a guaranteed right. The original poster has the right to request the entire thread they started be removed, within a reasonable amount of time.
By posting in our forums, message boards and chat rooms, you understand that information may be used in publications. If your information is used in print, we will attempt in all ways possible not to disclose any personal information and make edits to not disclose this information. Posts that you freely publish on the forums of makeitalifestyle.com may remain, even if your profile is removed, and its removal is at the discretion of the management. You may be moderated or banned as a result of violating these Terms of Service:
*Moderation - a period of time by which your posts appear only with approval by MG Consulting. To discuss your moderation concerns please contact us using the ‘Contact Us’ menu item on every page.
*Banning- removal from makeitalifestyle.com and posting privileges have been revoked. Banning occurs only under extreme circumstances and is decided by committee.
Copyrighted Material
Copyrighted material can be posted only if written permission has been received from the source. Permission must be sent to MG Consulting when copyright is an issue. Members are allowed to post direct links to article. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ link on every page to make inquiries about copyright material.
Advertising and Selling
Anyone may post information about commercial products for the use of other members. We maintain a free and open discussion environment. Calling members attention to products of potential use to them is encouraged. For details on how to become an advertiser on makeitalifestyle.com, use the ‘Contact Us’ link on every page to request ad specifications and quotations.
Any use of other subscriber's information, personal or otherwise, for commercial or non-commercial purpose or to obtain direct financial gain (e.g. mass marketing) is prohibited. Any such use shall be deemed to be a violation of these Terms of Service
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MG Consulting, Inc., directors, employees, and vendors from and against all losses, expenses, damages and cost, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement or any activity related to your account or any other person accessing the website using your account.
Surveys, Articles, Media, Contests & Research papers
All research papers, articles, media, contests and surveys must be pre-approved by MG Consulting. Use the ‘Contact Us’ menu item on any page to contact us for information about such postings. When contacting us, include in detail what you are doing with materials. All material must be reviewed and approved first. Any material not pre-approved will be removed from the message boards.
Event Exception
MG Consulting recognizes that sponsored events deserve and require our support. Members may post information about local events and support groups.
Adult Discussions
We recognizing that adults may wish to discuss matters that are sexually explicit, but we presently have no means of handling adult oriented material. Any such material posted will be removed from the message boards.
Search Engines
MG Consulting is not responsible for the information that is provided by our members within their profiles or on site message boards. Please realize that makeitalifestyle.com is an open forum and is searched by many search engines daily. Search engines such as Google and Yahoo keep archived (i.e. "Cached") files which maintain posted content even when deleted from makeitalifestyle.com. MG Consulting has no control over these archived documents, and they must be removed by the search engine provider. MG Consulting will not be responsible for any member information contained on any third party websites or search engines. Members must contact those companies directly if they want the material to be removed.
MG Consulting Profiles/Photos/Blogs
The Terms of Service apply to any member-submitted content on the Web site. Any inappropriate links or content, per the Terms of Service, can be removed with or without warning from MG Consulting staff. Members who violate the Terms of Service by posting inappropriate content are eligible for termination of their account.
Please note that when you post in public forums, on message boards and in chat rooms, all or parts of your posts are subject to being copied or reprinted by other community members. MG Consulting reserves the right to use online posts or chats or parts thereof for use in online or printed material. MG Consulting will not use the posters full name or online identity without prior written permission.
Creating New Usernames or Accounts
You agree, through your use of this service, not to impersonate any other person or entity, whether actual or fictitious. Members are allowed to have more than one account. However if an account is made for the purpose to harass another member, get around moderation or cause problems on the message boards, the account will be removed immediately without warning. Banned members found creating additional accounts will be banned. If caught in conjunction with your main account, your main account will be put in jeopardy. Members will be warned and any continuation their main account will be removed. |
