Safeway, Vons, and Pavilions super markets have launched a new online program tied to your Club Card purchases. Online under their Wellness Center you can sign up for their Food Flex program. This will track all your Safeway purchases. Four sets of reports are automatically generated from all purchases over a period specified by you. And you can customize. I don't buy all my food at Safeway but even tracking some purchases can show trends and healthy alternative.s Check it out for your family and let us know what you think.
