Juice vs Fresh or Whole

Prunes have a small amount or iron. The issue of eating them or drinking them goes back to the amount of sugar is so much higher in juice. It is concentrated and most people drink much too fast where as a prune includes eating, chewing, and more chewing. This process will take longer and the calories saved will add up in time. Monica

question about iron

If Prune juice is a good source of iron, what about prunes themselves? Are there any other fruits our juices that aren't so high in calories, carbs and sugar?
