Who and What is MG Consulting

and "Make It A Lifestyle!"

Dr. Monica Ganz of MG Consulting has created a new educational environment in Make It A Lifestyle!^TM to help you see what contributes to your health. We’re talking about nutrition, movement, behavior modification and yes, even attitude. Monica has walked the walk as a previously super morbidly obese adult (she lost 340 pounds!) and now talks the talk for the benefit of all. Obese people have choices; they do not have to suffer in silence any more. It is a lifestyle that saves, not a diet. And we all can benefit with wellness regardless of our weight.

Though the staff of Make It A Lifestyle!^TM are not medical professionals you’ll find we have lived the life, know how to learn from the best professionals and pass that information on to you. We do this through our web-site. Be sure to register (it’s free) so you have access to all the site features. Then we take the education on the road, hopefully to somewhere very near you. With local support group help we host seminars, summits, and expos (that’s fancy names for learning experiences) that bring you up-to-the minute information, interesting speakers, lots of great new products and we hope tons of motivation to keep you on the journey to wellness. It’s a journey, not a destination. Remember we are told to be life-long learners - well that pertains to wellness too! Several times a year we host Seminars at Sea to help you celebrate your successes. We include great speakers, activities and locales like Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean in 2008 alone.
