• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only—no refunds.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at booking@makeitalifestyle.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Attach a photo of the issue for a faster resolution. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is received.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Clearance or discounted items are also final sale.

5. How to Initiate a Return:

• Email booking@makeitalifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or pre-order items may take additional time, which will be noted on the product page.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
