1. Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only—no refunds.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at booking@makeitalifestyle.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Attach a photo of the issue for a faster resolution. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is received.
4. Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clearance or discounted items are also final sale.
5. How to Initiate a Return:

Email book@makeitalifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom or pre-order items may take additional time, which will be noted on the product page.

Standard shipping (3-7 business days)
Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) 
Free shipping on orders over $99.00
International shipping is available (rates calculated at checkout).
3. Tracking Information:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
If an order is marked "delivered" but not received, please check with your local post office or carrier.
